Company Overview AAA Backflow Testing is licensed in the city and county of San Francisco as well as Marin County. We provide backflow testing, backflow repair and consultation for new installations. Our main focus is on great customer satisfaction. We strive to be #1 in customer service. We want your residential and commercial backflow devices to operate correctly providing safe drinking water. We pride ourselves on educating the water customer on how to reduce the risk of contaminating the private or public water supply. As new technologies become available we will keep you informed. AWWA (American Water Works Assoc) mandates that testers update their qualifications with annual CEU�s (Continuing Education Units) on new technologies, hazards, and improved backflow assemblies. We Offer Convenience - We understand that there may be instances where our services cannot be performed during normal business hours of 8am-5pm. We will work with your schedule to determine the optimal time. Sometimes a small service fee may apply. Consulting - We work with your architect for all new construction, remodeling, and landscape projects. We ensure that your contractor is meeting all code requirements for new backflow device installations. Compliance Reporting - We handle all paperwork for the city, DPH and PUC and maintain a copy of your test reports for 3 years.
